Abstract
The ability to judge short time intervals (5-15 sec.) was tested repeatedly in a group of 43 schizophrenic patients. Three methods were utilized: reproduction, verbal estimation, and operative estimation. The results obtained by the 1st method were less consistent and less reliable than those obtained by the others. The 3d method is to be preferred. Some problems of terminological nature are discussed. Keywords
