Abstract
Neuroblastoma is a common solid tumor of childhood. Maturation to a ganglioneuroma or regression has been reported to occur spontaneously or following minimal treatment. Malignant degeneration of such a ganglioneuroma is extremely rare. We present a report of a malignant tumor arising in a ganglioneuroma 19 years following abdominal radiation therapy for neuroblastoma. Keywords
