Abstract
An unusual case of systemic sclerosis occurring in a patient exposed to the vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) is presented. The dermatological aspects of vinyl chloride disease (VCD) are outlined and the mechanisms of pathogenesis discussed.Keywords
