Abstract
Significant differences in conditioning and response topography were obtained with two lines in C57BL/10 mice, suggesting the occurrence of a behavioral mutation. It is suggested that the two lines be classified as substrains. The two substrains would appear to be useful in experiments on the genetics of behavior. Keywords
