Boeck's sarcoid, first described by Hutchinson in 1869 as a disease of the skin and later recognized by Boeck as a generalized disease affecting the lymph nodes and internal organs, has more recently been brought to the attention of the medical profession by the work of Longcope and Pierson.1In spite of the widened interest in sarcoid since that time, we have been unable to find any reference to its involvement of the sinuses. It is because of the apparent rarity of the condition and its interesting nature in this case that we make this report.
