Das Knalltrauma - neue Gesichtspunkte zur Therapie*

Abstract
Die Therapieresultate einer Kombinationstherapie mit Oxykarboninhalation und zusätzlicher polypragmatischer Infusionsbehandlung bei 63 knalltraumatisierten Ohren werden dargestellt und erläutert. Die Resultate zeigen, dass diese Kombinationstherapie den Resultaten der alleinigen polypragmatischen Infusionstherapie oder alleinigen Oxykarboninhalationstherapie überlegen ist. The therapy results of inhalation of carbon dioxide (oxycarbon) together with the infusion therapy (Dextran, a.s.o.) carried out on 63 patients having acute acoustic trauma are presented and discussed. These results are superior to the results obtained by carbon doxide therapy only or by infusion therapy only.
