To the Editor: Beck and Chesney recently presented the clinicopathological case, "Myelocytic Leukemia with an Unusual Chromosomal Pattern."1 Analysis of the karyotype with quinacrine fluorescence was interpreted as showing an extra No. 10, an extra No. 21, and 2 Ph1 chromosomes.I believe that there is a band of dully fluorescing material at the end of the long arm of the right-hand member of chromosome pair No. 9 in Figure 2 of the Case Report.
