Abstract
Renal sinus lipomatosis is the deposition of excessive amounts of fat within the renal sinus. Innocuous in its effect on the patient, this condition assumes its major clinical importance by producing pelvocalyce-al deformities suggestive of renal tumors or cysts. In most instances lipomatosis presents a characteristic nephrotomographic appearance and can be readily differentiated from true renal masses. Keywords
