Abstract
Reaction of C60Cl6 with benzene/FeCl3yields C60Ph5Cl which is readily reduced to C60Ph5H, the main product of reacting C60 with Br2/FeCl3/benzene; both compounds have been characterised by NMR spectroscopy. Keywords
