Dual unitarization approach to current-induced reactions

We establish an ansatz which incorporates the photon into the structure of duality diagrams. This then allows us to apply the Mueller-Regge formalism to deep-inelastic electron scattering. We derive Bjorken scaling, in particular the behavior ${\mathrm{}(1-x)\mathrm{}}^{\beta }$ near $x=1\mathrm{}$ for the structure function, with $\beta$ compatible with the value deduced from the data. We also give results on the relative sizes of sea and valence quark distributions.
