Abstract
A video digitizing system based on an Apple II personal computer has been developed for use in quantitative autoradiography. The selection process of an acceptable video camera, an illumination system, and the functions provided in the software are discussed. This system is in routine use and has been duplicated by several other laboratories. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
