Abstract
Measurements of the Coulomb excitation probabilities of the first states in have been made with and projectiles. The values of the reduced transition probabilities and the static quadrupole moments of the first states have been determined. The measurements yield for and : (-0.44 ± 0.10) e b or (-0.22 ± 0.10) e b and (0.666 ± 0.011) for ; (-0.46 ± 0.10) e b or (-0.11 ± 0.10) e b and (0.569 ± 0.011) for ; (-0.28 ± 0.10) e b or (-0.20 ± 0.10) e b and (0.479 ± 0.011) for ; (-0.33 ± 0.11) e b or (-0.26 ± 0.11) e b and (0.387 ± 0.011) for ; (-0.14 ± 0.12) e b or (-0.09 ± 0.12) e b and (0.290 ± 0.011) for .
