Abstract
History of the genus Trachyleberis is discussed and T. scabrocuneata (Brady 1898) is designated its genotype. The range of Trachyleberis in the Cenozoic of the Gulf Coast is given in a chart. All Cenozoic Gulf Coast spp. thought to belong to this genus are illus. Descr. Actinocytheries, type: Cvthere exanthemata. Their geologic range appears as a chart. 57 localities, ranging from Eocene to Recent, are listed and exact locations are given.
