Derivation of the three-body bound-state equation from the effective action

Abstract
Using a recently developed method, a formal novel derivation of the three-body bound-state equation is presented. It is based on the second derivative of the effective action. The baryonic equation in the case of quantum chromodynamics is also derived.Keywords
