Abstract
The presence of a gonadotropin-inhibitlng factor in the urine of normal young chil-dren is reported. Urinary extracts were tested by the mouse uterine weight response, assayed against purified HCG. This factor is con-sistently observed in the urine of children under the age of 6 years, and specifically inhibits the action of gonadotropin. It exercises no inhibitory effect on estorgen. Keywords
