Abstract
On the basis of geomorphological and geological data as well as radiocarbon dates, the author rebuts the hypothesis of the existence during the Late Pleistocene and Early Holocene of an extensive ice sheet on the Barents and Kara shelves and the adjacent northern lowlands.Keywords
