Abstract
Terahertz-wave generation has been achieved in 4-N,N-dimethylamino-4′-N′-methyl-stilbazolium tosylate crystal by nonlinear difference frequency mixing with a KTiOPO4 (KTP) optical parametric oscillator. Continuously tunable terahertz waves of 0.2 to 1.5 THz are generated by angle-tuning the KTP crystal. Keywords
