Part III. Clinical Considerations and Preliminary Reports on Treatment Results

Abstract
The treatment of patients with uterine carcinoma with high intensity radiation sources is described. The clinical and biological features affecting the response to radiation at these levels are discussed, and compared with similar treatments at low dose-rates (the standard Ra technique at Charing Cross Group of Hospitals). Observations on the methods used are recorded. The regime is described and the immediate effects are noted.
