Association of Other Malignant Tumors With Cancer of the Skin

Abstract
There is a greater susceptibility to cancer in persons haying one cancer than in the normal population. Whether this susceptibility is caused by the first cancer or is inherent in the individual is not known. There is no evidence to assume that the presence of a skin cancer inhibits other cancers. If anything, the evidence points to the contrary.
