Abstract
Three cases of pycnodysostosis are reported.Each presented the characteristic features of the disease. These are: shortness of stature, osteopetrosis, open fontanels or sutures or both, marked decrease in angulation of the mandible, absent paranasal sinuses, bone fragility, short stubby hands and feet, coxa valga, and shallow acetabula with increased angulation.
