Subcutaneous anterior hairline forehead rhytidectomy

Abstract
An anterior hairline incision with subcutaneous (superficial to the frontalis muscle) dissection is recommended for certain categories of rhytidectomy patients. Patient selection is a very important preoperative procedure. The technique and results are described and illustrated. Advantages and disadvantages are discussed.Keywords
