Abstract
Television advertising of over-the-counter drugs has been suspected of being a contributing factor in drug abuse among youth. Recent research suggests that these suspicions are ill-founded. What is worse, they focus attention, effort and resources on a factor which is simply irrelevant to the problem.Keywords
