Abstract
1. The permeability of the teat mucosa of the goat has been studied in vitro and, as an isolated teat pouch, in vivo. In vivo the mucosa was found to be impermeable to radioactive Na, K, Cl and Rb isotopes and to labelled lactose, but permeable to 3HOH, and to a lesser extent, urea. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
