Abstract
Expression of the human ADA cDNA encoded by the Moloney murine leukemia virus spliced RNA form is enhanced by intron-contained sequences. The presence of sequences corresponding to the viral gag gene in a Moloney murine leukemia virus-based vector results in the generation of 10- to 40-fold higher titers of virus. This publication has 19 references indexed in Scilit:
