Abstract
A semi-popular paper, attempting to simplify the mathematical aspects of communication mechanisms and their biological analogies. The question of transmission of a message by voice or by eye from person to person is considered, whether anything could be done for a totally deaf man to replace the missing sense of hearing and permit recognition of conversation. Experimentation with deaf mutes is described briefly. Reference is made to Wiener''s work in the electronics laboratory at M.I.T.This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
