Abstract
The environmental stability of a laser recording medium, which consists of plasma-polymerized carbon disulfide film containing tellurium, was studied by an accelerated aging test at high temperatures. The optical change in reflectance due to oxidization of tellurium was measured. These results show that the life time of the medium at ambient environment is more than 10 years. Keywords
