Abstract
Design techniques that more fully exploit the potential of BiCMOS across a broad range of applications have only just begun to emerge. Techniques suggested for enhancing the performance of analog circuits are described. Operational amplifiers, comparators, and subsystems are examined to illustrate how selective combinations of bipolar and CMOS devices can be used to achieve significant performance enhancements in a variety of analog applications. Keywords
