Abstract
Crystals which occurred within colonies of Staphylococcus aureus growing on nutrient agar were identified as struvite (magnesium ammonium phosphate hexahydrate). Other organisms all of which increased the pH value of the medium during growth[long dash]formed similar crystals.Keywords
