Abstract
Based on a study of types, Leptosphaeria folliculata was found to be synonymous with Paraphaeosphaeria michotii. The fungus is redescribed and the distinctive biseptate echinulate ascospores are illustrated. The fungus occurs on a wide variety of monocotyledons and has been noted from Belgium, Canada, Czechoslovakia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Kenya, Sweden, and the United States of America. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
