Abstract
The energy levels in are studied by means of () reaction spectroscopy and a value of 4025±7 keV is obtained for the ground state. A rotational model is used to interpret the energies and generate state vectors for the experimental levels. Using these vectors and the distorted-wave Born approximation, a theoretical () spectrum is constructed and compared with the experimental data.
