Abstract
Resolution of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis may be substantially improved by taking advantage of the gel sieving effects of varying concentrations of bisacrylamide crosslinker. A dilution procedure is described which permits simultaneous variation of both total acrylamide concentration and percent crosslinking within a single linear regression analysis. Keywords
