Study of Structure in the " $A_{2} (1300)$ " Region in $π^{-} p$ Interactions at 6 GeV/c

Abstract

In a bubble-chamber experiment we have observed a splitting of the "

A_{2} (1300)

" similar to that observed in the CERN missing-mass experiment. Analysis of the

{K_{1}}^{0} {K_{1}}^{0}

system indicates that there are two different resonances in the "

A_{2}

" region.
