Abstract
Parenteral admn. of fish-lens protein extracts caused disappearance of induced cataracts in rats. A group of 14 human patients with various degrees of lens cataract were studied ophthalmoscopically before and after fish-lens protein injns. Clearing of the lens followed in each case, so that retinal detail could be studied. Keywords
