Abstract
Three cases are reported with autopsy findings. Infants were group A, Rh-positive; mothers were Group O, Rh-positive with high anti-A agglutinins in the serum after delivery. The infants'' bloods obtained postmortem showed free circulation antibodies active only in albumin-plasma dilutions.Keywords
