Abstract
The general distribution of esterase in human tissues is similar to that found in the rat, being most intense in the liver and kidney. Intracellular content, as in the rat, consists of a diffuse component and a granular component. Epididymus of a 12-year-old boy gave a slight reaction whereas in a sexually mature rat the reaction in skin was most intense of any tissue. Keywords
