Abstract
Since the construction of the Empire State Building in New York, N. Y., considerable data have been collected pertaining to the intensity and distribution of the wind pressure during storms, as observed by instruments placed in this structure. At the same time the movement of the top of the building and the stresses in some of the members of the frame have been observed. Keywords
