Abstract
A new measurement of the production cross section in 920 GeV proton-nucleus collisions is presented by the HERA-B Collaboration. The production is tagged via inclusive bottom quark decays into mesons by exploiting the longitudinal separation of decay vertices from the primary proton-nucleus interaction point. Both and channels are reconstructed for a total of inclusive events found. The combined analysis yields a to prompt cross section ratio of measured in the acceptance (), extrapolated to in the total phase space.
