Low Energy Levels of Neutral Cerium (Ce i)

Abstract
The first results of a continuing analysis of the Ce I spectrum show the ground level to be 4ƒ 5d 6s21G4°, with gJ =0.945. Of fifteen low odd levels for which the energies, J and g values are given, seven have been assigned to 4ƒ 5d 6s2 and five to 4ƒ 5d2 6s.Keywords
