Abstract
The aerial parts of Baccharis articulata Pers. (Compositae) were investigated. Two diterpenes of neo-clerodane type were isolated and their structure determined by IR, NMR and MS data. The absolute configuration was established by comparison with closely related compounds. The names Articulin and Articulin-acetate were proposed for the two new substances. Keywords
