Abstract
• Eighteen patients who were studied for Horner's syndrome were found to have ipsilateral ptosis and miosis not due to oculosympathetic paralysis. A systematic approach to the diagnosis of Horner's syndrome should include pharmacologic pupillary testing with topically applied cocaine.This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
