Abstract
An HIV positive male from Brazil, living in Italy since 1989, developed a single non-itching, papulo-erythematous infiltrative lesion on the face after 2 months from the beginning of HAART. A diagnosis of leprosy was made, suggesting that the immunodeficiency masked the disease, until the skin manifestation became evident with immune-recovery.Keywords
