Abstract
Following recent proposals for the experimental determination of the electron g-factor anomaly, a study has been made of the properties required of a perturbing electromagnetic field for the production of particular transitions between the states of an electron moving in a constant homogeneous magnetic field. The matrix elements have been calculated for the transitions of interest and some suggestions have been advanced for the solution of certain experimental problems indicated by the results of the study. Keywords
