Abstract
The measured phonon dispersion relations for PdD0.63 at 150K are used to estimate the elastic constants and low-temperature Debye theta for this compound. The results explain the observations that the low-temperature lattice properties (e.g. specific heat, thermal expansion) of PdHx alloys for x approximately=0.6 are very similar to those for pure Pd.Keywords
