After a brief review of the literature on agenesis of the septum pellucidum, the Authors make their personal contribution. They report a case of this anomaly in which angiographic examination was performed showing an anomalous course of the septal vein. Sie stellen einen Fall mit dieser Anomalie vor, bei dem die angiographische Untersuchung durchgeführt wurde, die einen anomalen Verlauf der Septumvenen zeigte. Después de referir brevemente la literatura sobre la agenesia del septo pelúcido, los autores presentan una comunicación personal. Se trata de un caso de dicha anomalía, en la que al llevar a cabo el examen angiográfico se puso de manifiesto el curso anormal de la vena del septo.
