Abstract
✓ A case of midgut reduplication communicating with an enterogenous cyst of the spinal cord is described; midthoracic vertebral anomalies and an associated dorsal dermal sinus were present at the same level. The cyst presented as a pyogenic meningitis which at postmortem examination was seen to be associated with an extensive intraspinal and intramedullary abscess. The clinical and embryogenic features are discussed. Keywords
