Abstract
OBJECTIVE. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the usefulness of high-b-value diffusion-weighted MRI (DW-MRI) in the detection of colorectal adenocarcinoma.CONCLUSION. High-b-value DW-MRI allows detection of colorectal adenocarcinoma with a high sensitivity and specificity. Keywords
