Abstract
Nonchromosomal mutations to neamine resistance and to streptomycin resistance are linked in Chlamydomonas reinhardi. Linkage has been demonstrated in both coupling and repulsion crosses. Furthermore, it has been found that both of the expected recomblnants are produced in each kind of cross, but that the recombination act itself may not necessarily produce reciprocal recombinants. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
