Abstract
A case of Sheehan's syndrome following eclampsia is presented. The clinical features were not recognised early probably because the condition was not suspected, being a rare sequel of eclampsia. Non availability of specialist care may have been partly responsible and is highlighted. Increased awareness of all possible aetiological factors in this condition is necessary for clinicians. Keywords
