Abstract
The pulsed light technique has been applied to determine the charge carrier mobility in microcrystalline or amorphous, metal-free phthalocyanine layers. This appears to be of the order of 10—3 to 10—2 cm2 sec—1 v—1, and the positive holes are the majority carriers. The low values are attributed to the physical state of the layer. Keywords
