Abstract
A 24-year-old man with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and secondary daytime somnolence and nocturnal arrhythmias underwent palatopharyngoplasty. When he did not improve significantly, he underwent a new surgical procedure combining hyoid bone and mandibular horizontal sliding osteotomy.Keywords
